Cable Assemblies

PCI has world-class expertise in value-added manufacturing, from subsystems to turnkey. PCI currently supplies many feed-thru bulkhead type connector assemblies, hermaphroditic and transgender connector assemblies, flexible metal hose cable assemblies and similar products utilized by all branches of the military for tactical communication systems. PCI manufactures all of the components required to effectively connect its connectors to cable and harness assemblies and into panels and bulkheads, all to mil-spec. PCI regularly produces prototypes and both short and long production runs in our own facility. We utilize high quality, efficient dies and assembly equipment on the production floor for all assembly functions. Final product testing is documented for accuracy and efficiency.
